PHILGEULIN GROUP INC.

1.      Promo period is from December 15-31, 2023.
2.     Guests are entitled to join the raffle by dining in any Dookki branches. For every group of four (4), one           (1) raffle entry will be given.
3.    To join the raffle, the guest must fill-out the raffle coupon with complete name, address, contact             
        number, and affix signature, and drop the entry at designated drop boxes located at Dookki’s cashier
        area.
4.    The deadline for submission of raffle entries is until the branch closing time of December 31, 2023.
5.    The raffle draw will be held on January 5, 2024, 4pm at Philgeulin Group Corporate Center Building
        (Dookki’s Head Office) in presence of DTI representative. Raffle draw will be shown live on Dookki’s
        Facebook page.
6.    One (1) winner from each store will win 1 Honda Dio 2023 as the grand prize.
7.    Who will shoulder the motorcycle prize registration and other related expenses? - Winner
        Who will shoulder the 20% tax on prizes exceeding Php10,000.00? - Sponsor
8.   The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
9.   Winners shall be notified via registered mail and SMS, and their names will be posted on the official
       Facebook and Instagram pages of Dookki Philippines.
10.  A customer can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall get the prize of
        higher value.
11.  Winners from Metro Manila and province can claim their prize at the nearest Motortrade branch in       
        their area. Complete details of address will be indicated in the official email.
12.  Winners must present the necessary documents: •Two (2) original valid government-issued IDs of the
        winner with picture and address. •Original receipt and raffle coupon •Official text or email notification,
        printed out notifications Note: The winners are required to present/submit both the original and a
        photocopy of all the necessary documents.
13.  2 valid government-issued IDs, winning raffle stub, and official email from Dookki Philippines to claim
        the prize.
14. If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary
       documents:
       • A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner
       • Two (2) original valid government-issued IDs of the winner with picture and address.
       • Two (2) original valid government-issued IDs of the representative / legal guardian.
       • Original receipt and raffle coupon.
15. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be
       forfeited in favor of Dookki Philippines with prior approval of DTI.
16. All employees of Dookki Philippines, their partners and affiliates, their ad agency, including their     
       relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
